3. Are your products digital? Yes. All templates, checklists, prompt libraries, and guides are instant digital downloads (PDF, Canva links, Google Sheets/Notion templates). Access is provided immediately after purchase.

4. What is your return and refund policy? Due to the instant nature of digital products, all sales are final. Refunds are considered only in cases of technical download issues (contact us within 7 days). For services, we review requests case-by-case before work begins.

5. How quickly will I receive my digital product? Immediately after successful payment. You will receive an email with download links — usually within a few minutes.

6. Do I need special skills to use your templates? No. Our products are designed for entrepreneurs and small business owners. Canva templates can be edited in the free version of Canva, and all guides include step-by-step instructions.
